NATIONAL DAY OF CONNECTION IS NOVEMBER 12
Through small, thoughtful actions, people across the country can create a culture of connection - you can be part of that change.
We are living in a time of growing disconnection across workplaces, schools, neighborhoods, families, and daily life. Chronic loneliness is widely recognized as a public health and societal challenge, with impacts on mental health, physical health, productivity, and community resilience.
National Day of Connection was created to shift this reality. It gives people, communities, institutions, and organizations a shared annual moment to recognize the importance of social connection and take simple, practical action.
Participation is simple: Commit to one small action of connection.
We invite you to explore some connection ideas below and let us know you’ll be joining the movement by filling out the participation form.
CONNECTION IS CLOSER THAN YOU THINK
No matter who you are, there are small, meaningful actions you can take to make another person feel see, heard, and valued. Here are some things you can do on November 12th (or sooner) to build connection.
